The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Nigeria revealed in a statement that hundreds of farmlands were destroyed in the recent floods within Baure, Ingawa, Matazu and Malumfashi Local Government areas of Katsina state. An assessment was carried out to note the extent of the damage done after the heavy downpour of rain.
