Oh dear: 9-year-old struck by car in Baltimore County

A 9-year-old girl was struck by a car Thursday along a Baltimore County roadway.

Police said she was transported to Johns Hopkins Pediatrics, and is expected to survive.

The driver remained at the scene along E. Joppa Road.
