Duchess of Cambridge honoured for her Exceptional photographs

The Duchess of Cambridge (inset) has been given an honorary lifetime membership by the Royal Photographic Society in recognition of her 'talent and enthusiasm' for photography. The Duchess, who famously broke tradition in 2015 by taking the first official photographs of her second child, Princess Charlotte, in 2015 (top left), is said to be 'very pleased' with the honour.

Her notable snaps over the years include Prince George on his first day at nursery in Norfolk (second left), Princess Charlotte playing with a toy dog aged six months (bottom left) and Princess Charlotte just days before her first birthday (right).
